These terms govern use of myhelioshome.com and the website inquiry, application, and messaging features provided by Helios Home Pros (“Helios,” “we,” “us”). Helios Home Pros and Helios Home Solutions are business names operated by CFMG LLC. Please read these terms and our Privacy Policy before using these features.

Website use

Use this site lawfully and provide accurate information that you are authorized to share. Do not impersonate another person, submit spam or harmful content, interfere with the site, bypass security, or collect other people’s information without permission.

Helios and its licensors retain their rights in the website’s branding, images, and content. You may use the site to learn about Helios and communicate with us. You may not republish or commercially exploit protected material without permission or another lawful basis.

Service requests, estimates, and agreements

Submitting an inquiry requests a response; it does not place a paid order, guarantee an appointment, or create an agreement to perform work. Availability, service area, scope, pricing, scheduling, warranties, and other project terms must be confirmed with Helios. A separate written estimate or service agreement governs the work and takes precedence for that project.

Website descriptions and illustrations are general information. They do not guarantee savings, financing, incentives, project results, emergency response, or availability. Do not use this website or its forms for emergencies; contact the appropriate emergency service when needed.

Recruiting inquiries

Career information and an application provide a way to express interest in a role. They are not an employment offer or guarantee of an interview, hiring, compensation amount, benefits, or a particular schedule. Confirm role details directly with the recruiting team. SMS messaging program

Program: Helios Home Solutions / Helios Home Pros customer communications. If you opt in, you may receive texts responding to your inquiry, confirming or reminding you about appointments, updating schedules or services, and following up on your home-service request. The specific consent notice you choose controls the messages you agree to receive.

SMS consent is optional. It is not required to purchase services or submit a request or application. Providing a number or accepting these website terms alone does not create SMS consent. Promotional messages require the appropriate separate permission. Applicant information is not added to the customer SMS program merely because an application is submitted.

Frequency and charges: Message frequency varies based on your requests, appointments, and interactions. Message and data rates may apply to messages sent and received. Contact your wireless provider with questions about your plan.

Opt out: Reply STOP to a program message at any time. After a confirmation of your unsubscribe request, no further program messages will be sent unless you opt in again. To rejoin, use the original opt-in process. Contact us if you need help changing your preferences.

Third-party services

The website may link to or embed services operated by others, including forms, social networks, and scheduling tools. Their own terms and privacy policies apply to their services. Helios does not control their availability or content.

Website availability and limitations

We may update or suspend website features and correct errors. The website is provided as available, without a promise that it will be uninterrupted or error-free. To the extent permitted by law, Helios is not responsible for indirect or consequential loss arising solely from use of this website. Nothing in these terms limits rights or remedies that applicable law does not allow us to limit, or changes warranties or obligations in a separate service agreement.

Applicable law and changes

Pennsylvania law governs these website terms, subject to rights that cannot be waived under applicable law. If a provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to apply. We may update these terms and will post the revised version and date here, with additional notice where required. Changes apply prospectively and do not replace an existing signed project agreement.
